Welcome! I am a Holistic Clinical Therapist and the Practice Owner of Holistic Support & Wellness, PLLC. I support and treat individuals impacted by narcissistic abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, and Complex-PTSD. I, too, have personally experienced the above symptomology in the past and, as a result, developed and suffered from many physical health conditions for years. During my healing journey, I discovered the direct correlation and impact that trauma has on various bodily systems and functions. In other words, I made the connection between how my elevated and chronic levels of stress, stemming from decades of unhealthy relationships with toxic & narcissistic personalities, had not only impacted my mental and emotional well-being, but led me to develop various health conditions that were misdiagnosed, unidentifiable, and/or untreatable from a conventional lens. This in turn, created and fed a vicious cycle of trauma within my life. Therefore, as a mental health practitioner, I practice from an integrative and holistic approach. Utilizing my training in psychotherapy, neuroscience, & functional medicine, I successfully support my clients during their healing journeys, helping them to reduce, prevent, and target the causes of mental health conditions at the root so that they are able to, not just survive but, begin to heal & thrive at their optimal capacity!
